He sings about the modern South with all its characters, complexities, open spaces, and beauty. Stewart’s songs are as complex and diverse as the characters and stories he shares. HOLIDAY HOURS: The Vestavia Hills Library in the Forest will be closed on Sunday, September 6, and Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th at 9am.
