This page is owned by the Morgan County R-II School District. All of our social media pages will focus on celebrating and supporting our schools, students and teachers, as well as sharing important news and communicating event information. Today we celebrated all the students who showed growth on their iReady diagnostic at the beginning of the school year. These students showed growth in either ELA and/or Math from the end of year assessment to the beginning of the year assessment!

A huge thank you to VHS students Alyssa Counts, Paityn Gamber, Klara Keeter, and Lilliana Whistler, along with Mrs. Pawling, for their time and hard work in giving the VMS Student Section a fresh, updated look! We appreciate your willingness to help make our space look great and show off our Tiger pride!

Students are welcome to wear Halloween costumes to school on Friday, October 30th! We want everyone to have fun and enjoy the day, but remember, it is still a day of learning.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind:
• No masks, face paint or fake blood.
• No scary or frightening costumes.
• No weapons or weapon-like props of any kind.
• All costumes must meet the school dress code.
• Costumes must not create distractions or make noises during class time, no inflatables.

We look forward to seeing your creativity and Halloween spirit! Have fun, make good choices, and remember to keep learning a priority.
