Drivers: Slow down in school zones, put the phone away, and always follow crossing guard directions.

Pedestrians: Use crosswalks, look both ways, wear a helmet when biking or riding a scooter, and stay alert by keeping headphones and electronics away.

🚨 Introducing the New Verona Police Department Patch 🚨

With a nod to the past and a look toward the future, the Verona Police Department is proud to reveal our new department patch.

Our previous patch has represented our officers, our history, and our commitment to the Verona community for many years. As our department continues to grow and evolve, this new patch honors that tradition while presenting a fresh design that reflects who we are today.

At the center of this patch are the values that guide our department every day: Strength, Integrity, Honor, and Courage.

Over the coming months, you will begin to see our new patch incorporated into our uniforms, vehicles, and department materials as we gradually transition to this updated design.

We are proud to wear this patch as a symbol of service, professionalism, and dedication to the residents of Verona.
