The City of Vero Beach issued a Precautionary Boil Water Notice (PNWN) Tuesday, 6/8/2026 at 2:30 pm for the following homes on Spinnaker Drive and Rudder Road:

191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 212, 223, 224 on Spinnaker Drive;

214, 215, 216, 217, 218, 220, 221, 222 on Rudder Road.

The outage was due to a 4-inch Gate Valve that split while it was being used. The valve was replaced and water service was restored by 5:30 pm.

Precautionary boil water notices were delivered to all affected homes. Bacteriological sampling has started. Customers will be notified when the PBWN is lifted.

190, 198, 1837, 199, 206, 207, 212, 219, 222, 228, 233, 234, 240, 241, 246, 247, 250, 251, 255, 260, 261, 267, 270, 271, 276, 277, 280, 287, 288, 292, 298, 302, 306, 307, 310, 311, 316, 315, 320, 321, 330, 331, 340, 341, 347, 350, 360, 361, 370, 371, 380, 389, 390 on Island Creek Drive.

206, 270, 280, 290 on Palm Way

320, 321, 331, 330, 340, 341, 350, 351, 360, 361 on Palmetto Way.

The outage was due to a 2-inch PVC water service line that was hit by a contractor. The repair was made and water service was restored by 2:45 pm.

Precautionary boil water notices were delivered to all affected customers. Bacteriological sampling has started. Customers will be notified when the PBWN is lifted.

The City of Vero Beach issued a Precautionary Boil Water Notice (PNWN) today, Monday 6/8/2026 at 10:45 am for the following five homes:

1815, 1833, 1837, 1845, 1855 23rd Avenue.

The outage was due to a 2-inch PVC main that was being repaired by a contractor. The repair was made and water service was restored by 12:01 pm.

Precautionary boil water notices were delivered to all affected customers. Bacteriological sampling has started. Customers will be notified when the PBWN is lifted.

Beginning June 1, 2026, a contractor for the City of Vero Beach will be working at the intersection of 14th Avenue and 21st Street to remove and replace the existing traffic signal. The project will require a combination of day work and night work. The project duration is identified as 270 calendar days. During this time, various parking, lane, and full block closures are expected. The closures will be minimized as best as possible to successfully accomplish the work.
