Leadership Day: Leadership for the Future 🚀
The Leadership IRC Class of 2026 wrapped up its final session with a day focused on leadership, community development, and the future of Indian River County.
The day began at the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce with coffee and breakfast, followed by graduation planning with Andrea Beam, President of the IRC Chamber, and leadership next steps with Gerri Smith, Leadership IRC Board of Directors.
The class then explored the impact of Artificial Intelligence with Keith Nugent, Growth Strategist with Camberlion, before heading to the Youth Sailing Foundation of Indian River County for a tour of their new facility with Stu Keiller. ⛵️
Back at the Chamber, the class enjoyed lunch before learning more about the Vero Beach Three Corners Project from Peter Polk, Project Manager The City of Vero Beach.
As the final session came to a close, the class reflected on the experiences, connections, and lessons gained throughout the Leadership IRC program. We are grateful to the many local leaders and organizations who opened their doors and shared their knowledge with this year's class. 💙
And this wasn't quite the end... The Leadership IRC Class of 2026 gathered that evening to celebrate a year of learning, leadership, and community!
We'll be sharing highlights from graduation in our next post! 🎓
