Vernon Fire, Chipley Fire, & Washington County Fire was dispatched for for smoke investigation at the Vernon High School. Crews arrived on scene and completed a thorough investigation. No fire or hazards were noted. Vernon High School has now returned back to normal operations.

Minimum requirements:
- 18 years of age
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Pass a background check
-Valid driver license
-Drug screen
- Must be able to go to Fire academy within 12 months of hire.(we will fund fire 1 course).

Happening this Saturday 1/4/25, we will resume our weekly Turkey winnings at the Vernon Fire Station at 6pm.

Ebro Vol. Fire Rescue will have hot plates for sale, $10/each. Smoked Leg Quaters, cowboy beans, and cabbage.

We hope to see everyone there.

Hope everyone was able to have blessed and safe Holidays.

Happening this Saturday 1/4/2025 we will resume our weekly Turkey Shoot at 6pm at the Vernon Fire Station.

Ebro vol. Fire Rescue will be there selling hot plates, $10/each.
Smoked Leg Quarters, Cabbage, and Cowboy Beans.

We also have a raffle with 28 tickets left.
