WE’RE BACK! We finally returned to IHSTF for the first time since 2020! It was so amazing to be back in the community! Our group was great and really made the most of thier festival. And our 2 AllStaters shined brighter together!

Hey Backlight! A couple of announcements for everyone this week...

First, we will be holding a movie night and watching the movie Theater Camp this upcoming Friday night in the Auditorium at 7pm! Pizza & drinks will be provided!

Second, sign-up is now available for TOTSKCE! What is TOTSKCE you may ask? TOTSKCE (Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat) is Backlight Theatre Company's annual service project, where we collect canned and dry goods in neighborhoods across the town on Halloween for local charities and food banks. More information will be released at a later time.

We hope to see you at both events!

Hey everyone! I’m Anaya and Im a Junior this year and you’re Actors Rep! In addition to theatre I’m involved in orchestra, FBLA, Science Olympiad, ARC tutoring and more! I also love hanging out with friends, reading, and creating amazing puns and pick lines. I hope I can be a resource for you guys to reach out to whenever you need help with anything at anytime! I cant wait to get to know everyone!

Hey guys I’m Tyler, I’m a senior, and I’ll be your publicity officer for Backlight this year!!! Outside of theatre I really enjoy spending time with friends and family, going thrifting, and driving around! My goals for this school year is to provide an environment where everyone feels safe while being able to have fun! I’m hoping that I can always be a good resource and help out when needed!
