PROJECT STATUS UPDATE: Ventura County Public Works Agency (VCPWA) will begin its paving project for Nyeland Acres area starting on June 15, 2026. Project work will include full width street grinding, street resurfacing, and culvert repairs. During certain construction phases, traffic may be reduced to one lane with flagging controls. Advance notices and no parking signs will be posted to keep residents informed. To minimize impacts during summer school programs, PWA is coordinating an alternate bus route location and is scheduling construction activities around school drop off and pick up times suitably. Construction is expected to be completed by August 2026. Additional updates will be posted as the project progresses including paving dates and alternate bus route information. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.

ACTUALIZACIÓN DEL ESTADO DEL PROYECTO: La Agencia de Obras Públicas del Condado de Ventura (VCPWA) comenzará su proyecto de pavimentación en el área de Nyeland Acres a partir del 15 de junio de 2026. Las obras del proyecto incluirán el fresado de toda la anchura de la calle, el repavimentado de la misma y la reparación de alcantarillas. Durante ciertas fases de la construcción, el tráfico podría reducirse a un solo carril con control de señalización manual. Se colocarán avisos previos y señales de prohibición de estacionamiento para mantener informados a los residentes.
