The New Jersey Mental Health Players brings to you The Uncomfortable Change Series. This event will be an interactive skit/play centered around mental health, coping, managing uncomfortable conversations, and providing appropriate tips on how to navigate common life experiences and changes. During the play, the narrator will ask the audience questions that will help to facilitate how the actors respond in each scene. All are welcome to attend, and breakfast will also be available upon arrival.
