This video was taken by one of our 911 Dispatchers. We are still currently collecting information but the National Weather Service believes this is a Land Spout. They usually do not make ground contact however when they do it causes little to no damage. We did take a report that there was crop damage south of St.Elmo. Once we have all the information we will post the findings.
