The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is encouraging public comment on the draft 2027-2030 four-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) that includes the programming of over $5 billion in major transportation projects within the Clark County region. Transportation investment will include many state highway, city, and county streets; transit facilities; and bicycle and pedestrian projects.

The formal public comment and review period will run from September 4, 2026, through October 6, 2026. The RTC Board is scheduled to approve the final 2027-2030 Transportation Improvement Program at its Tuesday October 6, 2026 meeting.

Written comments may be sent to RTC, PO Box 1366, Vancouver, WA 98666-1366, or use the public feedback form. Comments may also be made at the 4:00 p.m., October 6, 2026 RTC Board meeting. Information on how to participate at the RTC Board Meeting may be found online the week prior.

As part of the development of the 2026 Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP), a draft document has been posted for public review and comment. The formal public comment period will occur between September 1, 2026 and October 1, 2026. Comments can be submitted through RTC's public feedback form or by sending an email to [email protected] or to [email protected].
