1024 hrs. – Deputies took one into custody at Van Wert Common Pleas Court for a probation violation. Megan Renee Lane, age 22, of Van Wert, was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

1243 hrs. – Dispatched Spencerville EMS to a residence on Venedocia Eastern Road in Jennings Township for a subject having difficulty walking.

1350 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Beamer Street in the Village of Convoy for a complaint of fraud.

1430 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Ringwald Road in Ridge Township to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

1504 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a report of reckless driving.

1532 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Elizabeth Street in the Village of Convoy for a subject reported to be lethargic.

1555 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert Municipal Court for failure to appear. Devvon Michael Hale, age 39, of Latty, was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

2052 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Main Street in the Village of Venedocia for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer.

2123 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on North Main Street in the Village of Middle Point for a medical alarm.

2217 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Burris Road in Liberty Township to check the welfare of a subject walking.

2312 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Banter Street in the Village of Ohio City for a report of a subject who was underage and disorderly. Arianna Nichole Johnson, age 20, of Ohio City, was charged with a Third-Degree Misdemeanor charge of Consuming Underage and a Fourth-Degree Misdemeanor charge of Disorderly Conduct. She was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

1358 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of State Route 116 in Ridge Township for an automated crash notification. No incident was located.

1648 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Pleasant Township to assist a resident unable to get up.

1835 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 127 in Liberty Township for a report of reckless driving.

1843 hrs. – Deputies, along with Middle Point EMS, responded to a residence on Bellis Road in Washington Township for a report of an unresponsive male found in a pond. Bystanders pulled the subject from the pond and began lifesaving measures. The subject was transported to Ohio Health, where he was later pronounced deceased.

1933 hrs. – Dispatched Convoy Fire to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township for a report of a vehicle fire.

2003 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Emerson Road in Pleasant Township for a report of property that was in a ditch. Deputies found the property had been stolen from another location, then destroyed and dumped.

2305 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on Willshire Eastern Road in Willshire Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer.

1551 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Monmouth Road in Harrison Township for a report of an open door on an outbuilding.

1128 hrs. – Deputies, along with Middle Point EMS, responded to a report of an electric bicycle accident on Bellis Road in Washington Township. Two juveniles were both riding electric bicycles. One juvenile ran into the back of the other's bicycle. Middle Point EMS transported one juvenile to Ohio Health.

1138 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Willshire Ohio City Road in Willshire Township to assist with an unruly juvenile.

1155 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Riley Street in the Village of Willshire regarding a complaint of fraud.

1253 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of South Harrison Street in the City of Van Wert for a report of two loose dogs.

1328 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by the Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for a Fifth-Degree Felony charge of Harassment with Bodily Substance. Jeffery Lee Allen Kallas, age 26, of Van Wert, is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

1436 hrs. – Deputies spoke with a resident from Glenmore Road in Willshire Township regarding a report of a scam.

1519 hrs. – Deputies responded to a report of a possible domestic dispute in a vehicle traveling on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township. Deputies located the vehicle; everything was found to be okay with the occupants.

1625 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on West Hoffman Street in the Village of Ohio City for a complaint of theft.

1912 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Glenmore Road in Liberty Township for a report of a utility line down in the roadway.
