The annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held Saturday, March 26 at 10 a.m. Meet at the west end parking lot near the dam. Multiple age groups (12 and under), bring your basket and camera as the Easter Bunny will be there for photos! See brochure below. For more info, please contact the park's main office at 419-832-7662 for information regarding dates/times for any park related events.

Merry Christmas in July! The annual Christmas in July campout is coming this weekend Friday and Saturday. Come join us for kids crafts, a ride on the Polar Express Train, hayrides, camper potluck and an evening movie. Check out the information below as well as some pictures from previous camp outs. Electric sites are still available as well as non electric sites. Please share with family and friends. We hope to see you there!

Come join us for the 12th annual Easter Egg Hunt at Van Buren State Park Saturday, April 4 starting at 10 a.m. at the west end parking lot near the dam. Ages 12 and under. There are four age categories. See the flier below. Don't forget, bring a basket to collect eggs. The Easter bunny will be there for photos! It's almost time for the annual Winter Hike this Saturday. Although the temperatures are going to be cold, it'll be a great day for a hike through the woods along the lake and then warm up with some great chili. Meet at the south shore shelter house #3 off of TR 229 between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to begin your self-guided hike. Afterwards, warm up with friends and family with some homemade chili. We hope to see you there!
