The Tot Shop-FYSB Families earn coupons by completing certain activities – prenatal exams, well-baby check ups, health screenings, parenting classes, and immunizations.

How it works ➡

Families living in Porter, LaPorte, Jasper, Starke, Pulaski, Newton, or Benton County may be eligible to earn Tot Shop Coupons for needed items (birth to age 5)!

🎟️ How it works:
✅Attend prenatal or well-child visits with your healthcare provider.
✅Earn Tot Shop Coupons for those visits or use MyChart to track your visits.
✅Trade your coupons in for baby and young child supplies at the Tot Shop!
