Congratulations to Katie, who recently completed the CNA course through the Sheyenne Valley Technical Center Health Science Program and successfully passed her CNA certification exam!

When asked why she chose to become a CNA, Katie shared:

“I chose to take the CNA class because I wanted to help people by making a difference in their lives. What I love about being a CNA is building relationships with residents and listening to their stories.”

Connections between generations is such a gift. Through the relationships she builds Katie will not only make a difference in their lives, but they will leave a lasting impact on hers as well.

📸 Meet Dylann

“My love for being a CNA started when I was a little girl growing up in my parents’ assisted living facility, making meaningful connections that felt like bonus grandparents. Being surrounded by residents and watching my parents & all of the previous/current CNA’s provide compassionate care taught me the value of kindness, patience, and helping others. These experiences have inspired me to become a CNA, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others, while they simultaneously make a bigger difference in mine.”

Thank you, Dylann, for the difference you make!

💚 Every Life. Every Story. Every Legacy.
