Michele is truly in a league of her own. She is an
incredible supervisor, nurse, trainer, and friend to so
many. The way she runs Westwood House is nothing
short of amazing, you can see and feel her impact in
everything. The house is always neat and organized,
the staff are knowledgeable and confident, and most
importantly, the clients are genuinely well cared
for. Michele leads with both strength and heart. She
holds high standards while always keeping the well being
of the clients at the center of everything she does.
Her compassion, dedication, and leadership do not go
unnoticed. TLC is so lucky to have her!
Michele is an incredible asset to TLC. She consistently
goes above and beyond, not only managing her own
group home but also training the new house managers.
Her knowledge, patience, and willingness to support
others have been invaluable in my growth as a nurse.
Michele is a true leader, resourceful, dependable, and
always positive. She truly embodies what teamwork and
excellence look like.
She's an amazing, compassionate nurse. She advocates
for these kids and goes above and beyond. She is an
amazing trainer and teacher. She has taken on training
and showing the ropes to new house managers, new
nurses, and is always willing to chip in and lend a hand.
Whenever there are questions or concerns, even on her
days off, she is always available and willing to use her
expertise to help answer your questions. She is truly
amazing with these kids and dealing with the schools.
She needs a huge shout out from TLC; she is really an
asset, and I really respect her as a nurse.

Michelle always shows initiative and steps up. she stays busy, even doing extra chores, etc. Michelle is always willing to float or come in on her days off or if needed for an appointment. She always tells her co-workers how much she apprentices their help. She is a great asset to Westwood House and TLC.

She is an amazing advocate for the clients. She goes out of her way to make sure they have what they need or want. She is very artistic and creative, interacting with each person when doing crafts. she makes the house look like so much fun. She is a hard worker and loves the individuals she serves.

Tia is always willing to help when needed. She is a great nurse and always follows up on things that need to be done. She is PRN but picks up and works full time hours at times. She comes in early and stays over when needed. The clients are always well taken care of when she is there. She is an asset to Grafton house! Tia is doing a great job in her new role as house manager for Ganyard house. She really goes above and does her best for the clients and puts them first. Keep up a great job!
I would like to nominate Tia for Employee of the Month. She has been an exceptional addition to the House Manager team and has quickly made a positive impact.
Tia’s follow-up and attention to detail are outstanding, and she consistently demonstrates great initiative and reliability. She always has a pleasant and professional attitude and requires very little direction to complete tasks or provide the information needed. Her dedication and strong work ethic have not gone unnoticed. I am truly proud of her growth and contributions as a new House Manager.

Employee of the Month of November 2025

These are the amazing things staff and clients are
saying about Kevin (Scooter):
He comes in every morning happy and willing to help.
The clients like it when he talks to them. He helps solve
problems when needed. He is a great asset at TLC.
Great guy! Easy to talk to, always in a great mood,
always willing to help, makes any task look easy. Goes
out of his way to make sure clients’ and staff’s safety
needs are met even if it’s not his district.
Kevin consistently goes above and beyond for everyone
and takes pride in his work. Anytime a concern or
maintenance request is submitted, he responds quickly
and makes sure the issue is resolved properly. Kevin is
always polite, professional, and a true joy to be around.
His positive attitude and willingness to help create a
better environment for both staff and clients. He never
hesitates to lend a hand, no matter how big or small the
task. His dedication, reliability, and great attitude truly
make him stand out as an essential part of TLC.
