Tara Beasley-Stansberry was appointed to the Housing and Community Development Commission and the Design Review Board. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Housing and Community Development Commission. She is also Vice President at the Solano County Black Chamber of Commerce. Growing up, Tara watched her mother fiercely advocate on behalf of her Richmond community and it influenced how she shows up for her neighborhood today. Tara co-owns Noonie's Place with her wife Ronda, a small business in Vallejo. Tara wants her neighbors to have access to resources to create the community everyone deserves.
