Our agency, Professional Case Management Services of America, Inc. (PCSA) was established in 2007 to provide Support Coordination services in Georgia. We currently serve approximately 3,000 individual in 3 regions. We established our agency to insure that individuals with developmental disabilities in Georga received services that allowed them to have the lives that they desire on their own terms,

not being forced into a life chosen by others for them. We are determined to insure every voice is heard in Georgia. PCSA staff has worked very hard and diligently over the years to build an agency that supports people with disabilities with dignity and respect.

When your job consist of helping and assisting others to fulfill their dreams.... you can’t help but to love it. We had the opportunity to assist this young man to achieve his hope and dream and that was to meet Karla Heath-Sands. The expression on his face was priceless.She’s such an awesome woman and we are thankful she took the time out of her busy schedule to put a smile on his face. He will cherish this moment forever! 😃
