Maintenance Service Requests – Important Information
Need maintenance assistance? Please follow the steps below to ensure your request is handled quickly and efficiently:
Routine Requests:
Submit all non-urgent maintenance requests through the Resident Portal .
You can also find helpful examples under the Maintenance Tab >Service Request Priorities to guide you.
Emergency or Urgent Issues:
These must be reported by phone—do not submit them through the portal.
Please call the Call Center at 229-242-7805, Ext. 2 immediately.

It’s always best to call the Call Center for guidance and assistance.
Important Reminder:
The leasing office and maintenance technicians cannot enter work orders directly.
All service requests must be submitted through the portal or reported to the Call Center to ensure prompt service.
