📣Important update for the annual Valdosta High School Homecoming Parade: Due to inclement weather, the lineup time will now be at 3:00pm. The parade will still begin at 3:30pm.

Parade Route: The parade will head north on Patterson Street, crossing over E. College Street, E. Moore Street, Alden Avenue, Park Avenue, Woodrow Wilson Drive, Cowart Avenue, and Pendleton Drive.

Come join us for an afternoon of candy, cheering, and celebrating our amazing VCS community! See you there!

In recognition of World Su***de Prevention Day, students from the SNOOZE Mental Health Awareness Club at Valdosta High School are helping spread an important message: Your Life Matters.

SNOOZE exists to educate students about the importance of mental health and the impact it can have on our own lives and the lives of others. The club also provides VHS students with a safe, judgment-free environment to talk about the challenges they face and support one another.

We are grateful to these students for using their voices to raise awareness, encourage conversation, and remind their peers that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Any VHS student interested in joining SNOOZE may do so at any point during the school year. There are no membership dues.

Yesterday, we asked students at Valdosta High School, and their answers were as unique as they are. From athletics and clubs to advanced programs, school events, friendships, and everything in between, there are so many ways for students to find their place at school.

We recognize that every student has different interests, and we encourage each Wildcat to get connected. Find a team. Join a club. Try something new. Build relationships. There is a place for you here. 💛🖤

During Attendance Awareness Month, we’re reminding our students that showing up matters. We BelieVe in the potential of every student—but to reach that potential, they have to be present.

Former Valdosta Wildcat Prince Jean made his college debut one to remember Saturday for the University of Kentucky!

The true freshman’s FIRST collegiate reception? A 26-yard TOUCHDOWN! 🏈🙌

Jean finished the season opener with two catches for 27 yards and a touchdown as Kentucky defeated Youngstown State, 45-13.

From Bazemore-Hyder Stadium to Kroger Field, we love seeing our Wildcats continue to shine at the next level!
