Thank you to Easy Freeze owners, Mike and Donna, for your generosity and all the fishermen and fisherwomen who donated their catch to the Valdez Food Bank via Easy Freeze!

If your freezer is full and you still want to fish, you can consider dropping off cleaned/filleted fish at Easy Freeze to be processed at no cost to you which is then donated to the Valdez Food Bank for distribution.

Sadly, Easy Freeze is now closed for the season.

Thanks again to Easy Freeze’s generous community support and all those donating their catch for those who utilize the Valdez Food Bank. 🫶🎣

I hope this message finds you well. As part of our commitment to improving the health and well-being of our community, Providence Valdez Medical Center conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment once every three years.

This is a community-wide effort to understand and address the most significant health issues facing our community. This brief and anonymous survey asks community members about their health concerns, experiences, and access to health care. Your opinions are extremely valuable in this effort to improve health and health services in Valdez.

Information from this survey is used by organizations across the community to inform health services programming, community action, and to attract funding to Valdez to help address community need.
