Healing from trauma starts with giving yourself permission to feel, to release, and to grow. It’s not about forgetting what happened — it’s about reclaiming your power, one breath, one step, one moment at a time. Be gentle with yourself… healing is a journey, not a race
Step 1: Ground Yourself with Daily Rituals
Morning Affirmations: Start each day by speaking life into yourself.
Example: “I am strong, I am healing, I am free.”
Breathwork & Meditation: Deep belly breathing (inhale 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, exhale 4 seconds) helps calm the nervous system.
Sunlight & Movement: Step outside, absorb energy from the sun, stretch, or dance to high-vibe music.
Step 2: Release Stored Trauma from the Body
Exercise & Shake It Off: Trauma lives in the body—jump, dance, or do yoga to release it.
Cry & Scream Therapy: Find a safe space and let it out. Suppressed emotions must be expressed.
Water Therapy: Take cleansing showers or baths with essential oils (lavender for calm, peppermint for energy).
Step 3: Rewire Your Mindset for Power
Journaling: Write out pain and then rewrite your story from a place of strength.
Say “I reclaim my power” whenever triggers arise.
Visualization: See yourself thriving, glowing, and unshaken by past wounds.
Step 4: Protect Your Energy & Set Boundaries
Cut Off Toxic Connections: Energy vampires must go.
Say NO Without Guilt: Your peace is non-negotiable.
Surround Yourself with Light: People, music, and content that uplift you.
Step 5: Spiritual & Emotional Healing
Pray - Surrender pain and ask for guidance.
Healing: Focus on balancing
Step 6: Speak & Live in Gratitude
Write 3 Things You’re Grateful For Daily: Shift focus to abundance.
Give Yourself Credit: You survived. Now, you THRIVE.
Help Others When Ready: Your testimony can be someone else’s survival guide.
💜 YOU ARE NOT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU—YOU ARE WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO BECOME. 💜
