I am a third generation, lifelong Vacaville resident that cares about our community and its future. My Grandfather was stationed at Travis Air Force Base in the 1950's and chose to live and then retire in Vacaville. My parents, Jay and Donna Fox also decided to make Vacaville their home after college. My dad developed a successful business in Vacaville and my mom worked as a teacher and later in m
anagement for the City. Vacaville has certainly grown since I was in grade school, but it still continues to hold on to that small town charm that drew my Grandparents in. Our roots run deep in Vacaville. I've been a local Real Estate Professional for the past 15 years and operate my own business with my husband, Ed Rapisarda, a Major in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Together, we are raising five children, four of whom attend Vacaville public schools. I served on two school site advisory councils for the Vacaville Unified School District in 2013-2014 and have supported a variety of community enrichment and charitable activities. Vacaville is at a critical crossroads as we continue to grow. I can no longer sit and wait for the leaders of our town to do the right thing. Over the past four years, I have seen visible signs of deterioration in our city and I must take action. It’s my time to stand up and give back to my town that has been so great to me. I’m a leader that holds Vacaville in the highest regard. If you want someone who is guided by their values and accountable for their actions, is highly accessible, and believes it is their duty to be the voice of the people for our city, then I am your candidate. My priorities include:
1) Create an environment where businesses feel welcomed and people want to call Vacaville home.
2) Ensure our city has the proactive and necessary emergency services to keep our city safe.
