5/23/26 Route 5 and 6 detour due to Fiesta Day’s Parade

Due to the Fiesta Days Parade, there will be no bus service on Merchant or Mason St between the hours of 8am and 3pm on Saturday 5/23/26.

The following bus stops will be closed from 8am-3pm:

Route 5
• McBride Senior Center
• Merchant St. @ Stevenson St
• Merchant St. @ Elm St
• Merchant St. @ Alamo Dr.
• Merchant St. @ Orchard Ave.
• Merchant St. @ City Hall
• Merchant St. @ Cernon St

Route 6
• Mason St @ Merchant St
• Mason St. @ Wilson St.

Temporary bus stops will be set up at the following locations for Route 5:
Towards Transit Plaza
• Sweet Pea’s Nursery
Towards Transportation Center
• Donut Queen

Want to go to the Super Bowl Experience in San Francisco? You can take the Blue Line from the Vacaville Transportation Center (VTC) to the Walnut Creek Bart station. Then take Bart to the Powell Street Station and walk to the Yerba Buena Gardens or the Moscone Center.

Tonight!! Skip the traffic and take the Merriment on Main shuttle. The shuttle runs from 5 pm to 8 pm and picks up/drops off at Davis Street Park and Ride, the Ice Skating Rink, and the corner of East Main and Wilson St. Look for the decorated bus stops.
