Founded in 1920, the Uvalde Area Chamber of Commerce has proven to be an invaluable local business and community asset - standing as the unanimous voice behind businesses both new and long established encouraging economic growth, professional standards, community involvement, and local commitment. Receiving no state or federal tax or appropriations revenues, we operate a budget solely from the rec
eipt of annual membership dues and community fundraiser events. The operating expenses of the Chamber include: general office expenses; payment of ChamberMaster software systems giving members ample benefits; and provision of skilled staff members dedicated to the continued success of the Chamber, Uvalde community, and each individual member.
