Take a pause from the busy and join us for a new kind of Wellness Chapter: an evening of sound, gentle movement, and relaxation.

A sound bath uses soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and chimes to create a calming experience.

Gentle movement helps release tension, stretch the body, and settle the mind.

No experience needed, just come as you are!

Your Wellness Chapter includes:

Take a moment to slow down, reflect, and create something beautiful at Mindful Masterpieces: “Butterflies of Hope – Creating Colors of Light.”

This gentle workshop combines a moment of reflection with a relaxing art activity designed to reduce stress, spark joy, and encourage self-expression. You’ll leave with more than a beautiful creation—you’ll leave feeling a little more centered and supported. 💜

Looking for a fun way for your child to learn new skills, make friends, and discover new interests? Enrollment for the El Progreso Memorial Library 4-H Club is almost here!

From animals and gardening to cooking, crafts, leadership, STEM, and community service, 4-H offers hands-on learning experiences that help youth build confidence, develop life skills, and explore their passions.

🌱 Clover Kids (Ages 5-7)
A fun, non-competitive program that introduces young children to teamwork, life skills, and new experiences.

🍀 Traditional 4-H (Ages 8-18)
Youth develop leadership, citizenship, and practical life skills through exciting projects, competitions, fairs, and service opportunities.

🏡 Homeschool families are encouraged to join! 4-H is a wonderful way to enrich your curriculum with project-based learning, social opportunities, leadership development, and hands-on educational experiences.

No experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn!
