A Reminder to Residents on Reporting Concerns and Service Requests
While we have no shortage of requests for assistance, maintenance, and issues one of the very things we love to do is ensure we can both respond and react to the many reports that come in throughout the day. The Mayor, his direct staff, and city departments are ready to respond. The City of Utica is committed to providing responsive and efficient services to our residents. If you observe an issue that requires attention, we encourage you to report it through one of the official channels listed below.
Online Reporting
Residents may submit service requests directly through the City’s website: cityofutica.com/report-a-problem

Note: While the City uses social media to share information and engage with the community, social media comments, direct messages, and posts are not official reporting channels for service requests or concerns. Reports submitted through social media may not be seen by the appropriate department in a timely manner. To ensure your concern is properly documented, routed, and addressed, please use one of the official reporting methods listed below.
Residents are also encouraged to contact their district Councilperson regarding neighborhood concerns and service requests. Working through official reporting channels helps ensure that requests are properly documented, routed to the appropriate department, and addressed in a timely manner.
The City appreciates the continued engagement of our residents. Your feedback and reports play an important role in maintaining the quality of services and infrastructure throughout our community.
Thank you for helping keep Utica a great place to live, work, and visit.
