Wednesday, May 7 is the next Financial Literacy class at the VPH Crystal Lake drop-in center.

Ricardo Rocha will be leading the discussion on Dave Ramsey's Baby Steps Program.

All veterans are invited to stay after the class for our weekly group night dinner provided by the VAC.

What better way to start the new fiscal year with the 342nd, than the Army Combat Fitness Test!

With Soldiers warmed up from the ACFT, it was the perfect chance to head into the motorpool and knock out some PMCS. Due to facility development Soldiers had to move our rolling stock as our parking lots get repaved.

Outside the motorpool Soldiers spent time training hands-on with the DAGR systems as well as some quality MRT!

In prep for November’s BA soldiers packed away all necessities for the FTX.

Rounds complete!!!

USAR Small Arms Championship has came to a finish. 6 days of running and gunning, Qualifing and demonstrateing their skills. There were 120 competitors, 30 teams all competing in 15 various matches to include 500 meter Team Infantry match, National Trophy Match EIC, IWQ, Combined Arms Barracade Match, Bullseye National Pistol Match.

342nd Team Hydras has done an exceptional job during this event. We couldn't be more proud of them. They are walking away with a better concept and understanding the finer details of Marksmanship to pass down through the ranks.
