The CEP is excited to announce that we are moving to the new 211 CoWork and Event Space!

Starting February 1st, 2026, the CEP office will be in the CoWorking space where we will continue to serve the businesses of Champaign County and also those who are looking to come to Champaign County.

The CEP as the Community Improvemet Corporation of Champaign County, has a long and rich history of serving the businesses and business owners and helping to strengthen the bonds of businesses and residents.

With business incubation being a major focus of The 211, its a perfect fit for the CEP to be front and center
In this space.

We look forward to continuing to work hard for all businesses, county, city, village, townships and to bringing fresh and innovating business opportunities!

This award highlights a decade of progress, collaboration, and transformational projects across Champaign County — from manufacturing expansions to downtown redevelopment, workforce initiatives, and major community investments.

Yesterday, the CEP was honored to be a co-recipient with The City of Urbana of the the Business Outreach Champion Award from the Dayton Development Coalition.

From last yesr to this year, we increased our official business visits by 900% over last years visits (and we did quite a few visits last year too!)

The CEP continues to help and be an active part of the economic development of the county.
