Welcome to spring book sale week at the Champaign County Library! We began setup at 8am this morning….everything is out and mostly straightened by 4pm. The sale starts Thursday so come check us out :)

This week is National Library Appreciation Week". I invite everyone to stop by the library this week to say "thanks" for all that the staff continues to do for everyone. They truly bring joy to all that stops in.

Spring into Action
The Friends of the Champaign County Library Book Sale is Thursday April 30 - Saturday May 2 at the main library located at 1060 Scioto Street, Urbana, Ohio. There will be books, DVD’s, CD’s, puzzles, magazines and records available for purchase. Some categories of books include: children’s, teen, graphic novels, mystery, fiction, science fiction, autobiographies, historical, cookbooks, religion and self -help books. There will also be a “special books” section with specially marked prices. Visit the Book Sale to see all that we have to offer. Check back in Facebook for more exciting news.
A special Presale for Members only will be Thursday, April 30 from 9:00-11:00. All others may stop in and shop the following hours:

Thursday, April 30 12:00-7:00
Friday, May 1 9:00-4:00
Saturday, May 2 9:00-3:00

The Spring Book Sale Is Coming
Find hidden treasures at the Spring Champaign County Book Sale.
The Friends of the Champaign County Library will hold its Spring Book Sale Thursday April 30 - Saturday May 2 at the main library located at 1060 Scioto Street, Urbana, Ohio.

In preparation for the Friends of the Champaign County Library Book Sale- People are invited to donate gently used books for this sale at the Champaign County Main Library through Saturday, April 25, 2026.

It's cold outside. A perfect day to visit the library and sample soups and breads at the annual Soup and bread tasting from 11-1. Sponsored by tge champaign county Friends of the Library. See you there.

The Friends of the Champaign County Library will be sponsoring the annual “Soup and Bread Tasting” event on January 24, 2026 in the Library meeting room located at 1060 Scioto Street Urbana Ohio. It will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 or until supplies are exhausted. Join the Friends of the Library for this free tasting of a variety of soups and breads. For further information call 937-653-3811.
