Prince George’s County is hosting the Men’s Health Summit & Resource Fair; a powerful community event dedicated to prevention, education, and access to care during National Men’s Health Month.

This free indoor summit brings together health screenings, mental health support, veterans’ resources, fitness and nutrition guidance, and more; all designed to help reduce preventable health disparities affecting men in our County, including hypertension, diabetes, prostate cancer, opioid overdose, and untreated mental health conditions.

Senior Affairs Director Leslie Johnson and her team were recognized for their commitment to ensuring seniors have the resources, support, and spaces they deserve. Their work continues to elevate the voices and needs of older adults across the county.

As the county advances its vision for Elevate Prince George’s, seniors remain at the heart of that progress; offering wisdom, perspective, and a legacy that continues to inspire.
