Upper Darby Township Senior Center Welcome to the Upper Darby Senior Center, located at 326 Watkins Avenue in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania.

Upper Darby Senior Services is dedicated to improving the quality of living for older adults through community resources and social, recreational, educational, physical and nutritional programs. Since 2005, we have been a nationally accredited center providing a wide range of opportunities and services for seniors in the area. At our center, those who are 55 years of age and older can take part in

a variety of recreational activities, fitness classes, and educational seminars. We also offer support services, including legal referrals, to help our members with any challenges they may be facing. In addition to our on-site services, we provide nutrition support through our homebound program, with referrals from the County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA). Our facility is well-equipped with a full-size fitness room, billiards room, and gymnasium, providing seniors with plenty of opportunities to stay active and healthy. We are also proud to host the Table Tennis event for the Delaware County Senior Games held each June. At the Watkins Senior Center, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all of our members. Our staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of care and support to ensure that our seniors feel comfortable and at home. Not only do our services benefit seniors, but they also positively impact the community as a whole. By providing support and resources to seniors, we are able to help them maintain their independence and continue living fulfilling lives. We invite you to come and see for yourself the joy and excitement that can be found at the Upper Darby Senior Center. The Upper Darby Senior Center is proud to partner with the Upper Darby Township Library to help connect our Homebound Meals participants with the Library's Homebound Service program.

Through this partnership, eligible residents can enjoy books, large-print materials, audiobooks, and other library resources delivered directly to their homes—making it easier than ever to stay engaged, informed, and connected.

We believe that access to reading, lifelong learning, and enrichment should be available to everyone, regardless of mobility or transportation challenges.
