Upper Black Eddy Canoe Parade An almost annual tradition Every year, people get in canoes and head down the canal for a 1 mile journey of silliness and community fun.

Decorated canoes are shown off, people without their own canoes get one they can borrow and prizes are awarded in a good natured way. No admission, no registration, no pressure.
