🚧 Foothill Blvd. improvements are moving along!

We are near completion for all sidewalk, driveway, curb approach, and gutter upgrades from Benson to Euclid Ave. Crews are installing new water-pipelines to improve reliability and reduce future roadway disruptions.

Upland gets the green light for safer intersections! 🚦

The City has been awarded $1.8 million through the Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) for traffic signal safety updates at 54 signalized intersections citywide.

These improvements include larger traffic signal heads and yellow reflective borders to help increase visibility for drivers, especially during power outages and inclement weather. New pedestrian countdown heads will also be installed at select locations to support safer crossings.
