This deadline is for applications for events occurring April - June 2023.

The City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs would like to thank our joint partner in the LQAGP, the City of North Charleston Cultural Arts Department, all the artists who have served as review panelists over the years, and, of course, the individuals and organizations who have applied for grants and cultivated the artistic and cultural significance of the Lowcountry.
