Midland Preserve Midland Preserve is an exclusive 148 acre gated, residential community in Chatham County, NC.

Midland Preserve is a 148 acre private gated community on Beaver Creek Road, Chatham County, N.C. We are located one mile north of the recreational New Hope Valley Railroad depot on Beaver Creek Road and 4.5 miles south of the intersection of US 64 and Beaver Creek Road. The property is surrounded by the Jordan Lake Corp of Engineers lands and will be preserved in its natural state. Midland Preserve consists of 14 wooded and open home sites varying in size from 6.28 acres to 14.32 acres. Two of these lots provide a waterfront view and direct access to Truelove Lake, while three sites border on Hardaway Pond.
