Anyone want to display The Anti Tax Yard Signs. Comment on post to get yours. If you have time to help place some signs to help stop the fleecing of Searcy citizens. Comment on post.
If you live outside the Searcy City Limits with family inside the city limits, they are the only representation you in other towns and rural areas to help you defeat you being fleeced with zero return on the money being ripped off your family's table for the good of a minute few within Searcy. Contact every family member and friend you have that are eligible to vote NO on all tax issues or you WILL be paying more to shop in Searcy. Punishment for visiting Searcy, AR. You deserve to be represented just as the citizens of Searcy which are not being represented for majority wishes, needs and you see it in infrastructure more daily.

Do we have any current citizens of Searcy who are registered to vote that would like to sign a petition to bring the new food (A&P) tax to a vote in an election?

If so, I have a copy I will make available to you today. It has to be signed no later than 04-11-2019

Lets get this vote in front of the citizens.

We want to wish Mr. David Harvey a wonderful life for him and his young family in his new city. Thank you Sir for helping preserve our little town during the fight against the unfair Library Millage Increase.

Time to rally against the A&P tax proposal to keep from further driving business from our tiny town. Arkansas is in the highest three state tax states in the USofA.

Growing your tiny town can't and won't happen by increasing taxes. This can only be done by lowering taxes. This is another ludicrous idea of the Mayor, City Council and Planning Commission.

Rally to stop this now! Contact your Mayor, your council members and your planning commission and tell them to put this away for good. We defeated it once, it was settled. Do NOT keep "bothering" us, the tax payers with their tax and spend mentality, we have our own bills to pay and we have our own personal things we'd like to have we can't force someone else to pay.

Tell them to stop!

See where residents pay the most in all state taxes, including income tax, property tax, sales tax, and other state and local taxes.

It is time to come together to discuss the Library Upgrades and to figure out what can be paid for and how. Those of you struggling to pay their rent, payments for their mortgages, groceries, etc., we need to hear from you more so than anyone else.

Fallon Sib has been very instrumental in operating this group. I hope you all show her some love and send her a Thumb's Up.

Promise you it could not have been this successful without Fallon.

Mr. James Evans, Harvey Johnson, Jason Orr, Steve Merritt, Doug Faith, JoAnn Taylor, Cotton Fuller Jr. and once again, the list it quite long that put a tremendous amount of funds toward sending out your message.

Please, by all means let each of them know just how great they have been and make them know you will stand with them if necessary to defeat another challenge in millage increases if one may arise.

Thank you Fallon Sib, James Evans, Harvey Johnson, Jason Orr, Steve Merritt, Doug Faither, JoAnn Taylor, Cotton Fuller Jr. and all of you in the No Voters Camp.

I shall be in your debt as well as those on a fixed income.

God bless.

The new journey begins in helping find a solution to our Library problems.

It is up to the No Voters just as it is to the Yessers to find that resolution.

Are you all with me to find a way that our tiny town can put something together to make this work for those on a fixed income, those with disabilities and others that own properties they can't afford to pay their arrears now?

I know this will not be easy, it will not be satisfactory for every individual, but it has to be good for the community. Cutting out as much of the fat as possible, without raising the real property millages for you.

With me?

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Just got a report from a polling place.

Our attendees and mobile signage operators answering questions and sharing our message was said to be very calm, polite, personable and honest.

Not one of our Mobile Signage Vehicles were even remotely too close to the entrances to the voting locations.

I can't thank each of those that worked the voting locations and those that spoke with your neighbors and friends in a clear, concise and kind manner.

You are and forever will be admired.

May God bless each of you.
