CIVIC REASONING
A Grassroots National Movement beginning in 1981 among “We the People” who serve as Community Leaders within our Constitutional Republic and are represented by the approximate 511,000 Government entities at the Municipal, County, State and the Federal levels of the United States of America. INTRODUCTION
The Georgia General Assembly, one of the 13 Original and 50 current framers of the State and United States Constitutions resolved that a Plan be put together to protect all the children in Georgia, the Nation, and the World. Therefore, all the best thinking of the Magnificent Seven Systems of Government & Education & Business & Religion & Law Enforcement & Service & Media responded to develop … OUR REPUBLIC WALK. From these community organizations, loyal patriots, Constitutional scholars, history researchers, civic teachers, spiritual advisors, Government representatives, and great educators have gathered to debate, discuss, and determine the foundational root cause of America’s deterioration as a beacon to the world of light, hope, freedom and liberty. Civic Illiteracy
Georgia State Senate Resolution 529: "WHEREAS, civic illiteracy is the inability to acquire knowledge necessary to share The Republican Form of Government; the blind, insidiously evil ignorant condition that relegates citizens to divisible positions without representation; the inability to communicate, cooperate and coordinate; the source of all community problems." Civic illiteracy is the acquired intelligence deficiency syndrome (AIDS) of "The Constraints of Corporate Tradition" that instill institutional fear in people of all nations and cultivate depraved indifference for all children on Earth. Examples: it is depraved indifference when employees abuse children; and it is institutional fear + depraved indifference when executives direct employees who abuse children; and it is acquired intelligence deficiency + institutional fear + depraved indifference when members provide money and children for executives to direct employees who abuse children. ACCG Magazine: "This is a war between preservation of the human spirit and the degradation of humankind.”
This is Republic verses Democracy. This is Civic Reasoning verses Civic Illiteracy. Civic Reasoning is defined as …. Civic Reasoning
Civic Reasoning is our new manner of thinking for Novus Ordo Seclorum, which is our New Order of the Ages. Civic Reasoning is the art of interdependent thinking. Civic Reasoning is the art of team thinking. Civic Reasoning is the art of mutual thinking for the good of the whole. Civic Reasoning is personal + professional + public accounting for personal + professional + public matters. Civic Reasoning converges mutual perceptions + mutual understandings + mutual appreciations (The Laws of The Communication Formula) from mutual commitments + mutual representations + mutual reconciliations (The Standards of The Communication Formula) by Civic Reasoning Team Builders who complement the Laws of Nature and share the Love of Nature's God with personal (Family Team Building) + professional (Organization Team Building) + public (Nation Team Building) interconnected and interdependent stewardship of life and environment in Order to be We the People who form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquillity, provide for the common Defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness to ourselves and Posterity. John Adams: "Let us tenderly and kindly cherish the means of knowledge. Let us dare to read, think, speak and write." Aeschylus: "Until in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom through the awful grace of God." Alexander Hamilton: "The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for, among old parchments, or musty records. They are written, as with a beam in the whole volume of human nature, by the hand of the divinity itself; and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power." Civic Reasoning can be seen in "The Colours of Infinity of the Mendlebrot Set". Clarke: "The map is the treasure." Stephen Hawking: "The future certainly won't be static. If, as I hope, basic science becomes part of the general awareness, what now appear as the paradoxes of quantum theory will seem as just common sense to our children's children." Thomas Jefferson: "In a republican nation whose citizens are to be led by reason and persuasion and not by force, the art of reasoning becomes of first importance." Benjamin Franklin: "If Passion drives, let Reason hold the Reins." Civic Literacy is defined as …. Civic literacy is the ability to acquire knowledge necessary to share The Republican Form of Government. Civic literacy is the ability to communicate, cooperate, and coordinate. Civic literacy is the source of community. Grammar, Rhetoric, Logic, Geometry, Astronomy, Arithmetic, and Music are The Seven Foundation Learning Blocks for Civic Reasoning which is the language of Freedom. Thomas Jefferson: "No one more sincerely wishes the spread of information among mankind than I do, and none has greater confidence in its affect upeards supporting free and good government." John Quincy Adams: "To furnish the means of acquiring knowledge is the greatest benefit that can be conferred upon mankind." Hosea: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge!"
Therefore, action has been undertaken to save the Republic, by the Government adoption of a 1996 Georgia State Senate Resolution …. GA SR 529, and other Resolutions;
1996 Georgia State Senate Resolution 529

The first official exercise of “Civic Reasoning”
The first official exercise of “Civic Reasoning” was “The Stop Drugs at the Source Treaty Campaign”, and a … “Response To The People” … was expressed by all US Governments, pledging their Commitments in the form of Treaties, establishing an “Executive Branch Treaty, a Legislative Branch Treaty, and a Judicial Branch Treaty. Each Treaty was executed by the appropriate representatives at the Federal, State, County, and City levels of Government, and in so doing, has become the first official Government Agreement, fully executed by all three Branches of Government, at all four Levels of Government, on any one subject, with full commitment and support, in the History of the Government of the United States of America. For the record, the Executive Branch Treaty, was signed by President Ronald Reagan on January 22, 1981, as his first official act as President of the United States. For the record, the Legislative Branch Treaty, was signed at the Federal Level by both Vice President George H.W. Bush, on February 5, 1981, as President of the Senate, and Thomas P. “TIP” O’Neill, Jr., as Speaker of the House of Representatives, on January 19,1981. The Second official exercise of “Civic Reasoning”
The Second official exercise of “Civic Reasoning” is to identify and define the differences between the Constitutional Republic, as designed by our Founding Fathers vs. a Competitive Democracy, that a civic illiterate citizenry has allowed to exist in the minds of the people and allowed to flourish in the daily vernacular of the leaders of all political parties in America. The language and definitions necessary to understand and discuss the tenets of a Constitutional Republic can be reviewed in the enclosed and linked “Civic Reasoning Glossary”.
