Volunteer attorneys donate their time to provide legal services in certain civil (not criminal) matters to residents of Mobile, Baldwin, Washington, and Clarke Counties. This program is designed to help persons who cannot afford to hire a lawyer. To qualify, you must have income below a certain level and not own too much property. If you think you might qualify, please call to see if you meet thes
