Eddi supports the the people keeping a district running. It uses AI to surface grants your district qualifies for, track compliance, and connect spending to student outcomes, so lean teams can capture dollars they might otherwise leave on the table. It cleared our review where it counts: a signed Montana Data Privacy Agreement, FERPA compliance, and no student data used to train the models, with a person reviewing every result.

Safe: Signed Montana DPA, FERPA compliant, data encrypted, and no student data trains the models.
Specific: Built for district finance, grants, and compliance. Not a general chatbot.

Applications are NOW OPEN for the School Leaders cohort of the Montana AI Educator Coach Program, brought to you by the Frontier Learning Lab at Montana Digital Academy. 🎓✨

If you’re ready to gain a practical understanding of AI, guide your staff through emerging technology, and connect with administrators across the state, this program was built for you!

Key Program Details:
🗓️ Course Dates: September 14 – October 8, 2026
💻 Format: Self-paced Canvas course + 4 live Google Meet sessions
⏰ Live Sessions: Sept 17, Sept 24, Oct 1, and Oct 8 from 6:00 – 7:00 PM (Attendance required for all 4)
💡 Final Project Due: October 19, 2026
💰 Stipend: included upon successful completion of all requirements

We are proud to announce the release of the 2026 Montana Digital Academy Yearbook—our annual report to fellow Montanans!

This past school year was a remarkable chapter in our 16-year history of expanding student opportunities across Big Sky Country. We didn't just update programs; we built deep connections and launched cutting-edge resources.

Here is a glimpse of what we achieved together in the 2025-26 school year:

🎓 Student-Centered Success: We hit an outstanding 93% student satisfaction rate in Spring 2026. Our Student and Teacher Success Specialists (STSS) completed 155 direct student support sessions to ensure no learner felt left alone to navigate their digital course.

🏔️ Leveling the Playing Field: Montana's smallest schools (Class C districts) accounted for 44% of our dual credit enrollments, proving that location shouldn’t limit academic ambition.

🤖 Leading the AI Frontier: In its first year, our Frontier Learning Lab (FLL) trained over 2,000 Montana educators in AI literacy and launched four new free AI tools—designed by Montanans, for Montana classrooms.

🍎 Honoring Our Pioneers: We celebrated our history by inducting our inaugural class into the MTDA Teacher Hall of Fame.

Thank you to our dedicated educators, board members, and, most importantly, our students for making year sixteen one for the record books.
