It’s a busy week in the Town of University Park!

🚲 Trolley Trail Day brings music, activities, and community events along the Rhode Island Avenue corridor—celebrating one of our region’s best shared spaces.

🌼 Meadow Restoration Day offers a chance to help care for our pollinator meadow and support local biodiversity right here in Town.

⛈️ As summer weather ramps up, now is a good time to take a few minutes to prepare your home, yard, and emergency supplies for fast-moving storms.

🌱 Please also note that the Town Field is temporarily closed for reseeding to ensure a healthier, safer playing surface later this season.

🚨 💧 Drought Watch: COG declared a Drought Watch today for the region due to unusually dry conditions. Residents can help by taking simple, voluntary steps to reduce water use and help protect our water resources.

On May 18, University Park welcomed Christina Cornwell as the new Town Administrator!

Christina brings more than 20 years of local government experience, with a background in emergency management, community services, and municipal operations. She joins the Town at an important moment as we continue advancing key priorities, supporting staff, and strengthening day-to-day services for residents.
