Here's how to check out a boat with your library card. The boats are conveniently already on a rack at the Konokulus Beach.
1. Plan ahead...you have to check it out during library hours.
2. We give you the key to unlock the security cable and you can use the boat for 3 days.
3. At the same time, check out paddles and life jackets and sign a waiver that you know how to swim.
4. To check it back in, return the boat to the rack, lock the cable, and return the key, paddles, and life jackets to the library during open hours.
5. It's summer and we have a lake. Go for it!
