We finished up our time at State Convention yesterday morning by being recognized as the Kansas representative at the National FFA Livestock and Meat Judging contests this fall.

We earned that right by winning the Kansas FFA State Livestock and Meat Judging contests earlier in May.

Kole Harris and Jewel Endicott were also recognized as the high individuals in Livestock and Meats respectively.

We made a pit stop in Lawrence to cheer on the Lady Eagles in the state softball semi-finals on the way home!

Chapter officers Hailey Shadden and Katie Martin are representing Uniontown FFA as voting delegates at the Kansas FFA State Convention!

They spent yesterday afternoon helping Kansas FFA conduct official business, interacted with state officer candidates and last night provided the state with feedback on those candidates which will help determine who serves as our next state officer team.

Kinsley Harris competed in the FFA Creed Speaking contest today at the Kansas FFA State Convention!

We’re excited to announce she has made the top 4 in the state and will compete again in the finals!

She will present a paragraph of the Creed on stage tonight and they will announce the results immediately afterwards.

The Freshman Parliamentary Procedure Team has made the final 4!

They’ll compete one more time and the results will be announced during the opening session this evening at the Kansas FFA State Convention!

Good luck to the Freshman Parliamentary Procedure team as they compete today at the Kansas FFA State Contest on the campus of Kansas State University!

The team qualified for the state contest in the fall by winning the Southeast District contest.

He will compete again shortly and will then find out if he advances to the final 4!

Good luck to Kole Harris as he competes at the State FFA Extemporaneous Speaking contest on the campus of Kansas State University today!

Kole qualified by winning the Southeast District contest back in December!
