This video of the meeting with the engineering company is sad. The mayor is confronting and challenging individuals who have valid questions. In one instance it "appears" he want to make a comment by a lady racist by changing her words. In another instance he confronts Mr. Wilson about paying for water but then is quickly corrected when Mr. Wilson said he pays/paid for water he doesn't use.

Why would a city official be so intent on passing the blame and not owning the situation. The engineering company who built the new spray field said that it wouldn't work but yet they were paid. Now that $4.8 million dollars are gone and unaccounted for, the city officials are going to spend additional money with the same engineering company to fixed the issue that should have been resolved.
