Today was an incredibly humbling experience as I went door-to-door, connecting with the residents of Union City. The warmth and enthusiasm shown by so many meant a great deal to me. From the moment I dropped my kids off at school until dark, I was out there, listening to your thoughts and concerns.

As the day came to an end, I stopped at East Side Park with my son, Elliot. It was a powerful reminder of the positive impact we can achieve together. The equipment, made possible by the grant I secured, is a testament to what we can accomplish when we work hand in hand. Union City, I'm profoundly grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Thank you.

A throw back to one of my favorite experiences as an elected official! I was so proud to represent Union City, Ohio. I thought I would be terrified being live on air and speaking on camera but I wasn't. I loved the experience and hope to have many more like it!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and chatted with me, asked me about running for Mayor or asked for signs for their yard! I loved talking to the community and listening to what they have to say. To me, communication with the residents is vital.

Here is the video for the Adult winners from the raffle. It got pretty late so i will wait to text the winners until morning.

My name is Chiane Tedrow and I've been a Councilwoman for the Village of Union City, Ohio for 5 years. Within those 5 years, I've closely worked with Mississinawa Valleys Art department to get the viaduct mural done and displayed in the community. Due to those efforts I was nominated for the Distinguished Citizen Award for Art Education from the Ohio Arts Council. I have worked tirelessly to write and obtain grants to improve the parks for the children of the community. I have also been featured on a PBS series called "Now Entering Union City," which was a phenomenal experience and I enjoyed being able to represent the Village. I'm now running to represent Union City as the Mayor. I know that as Mayor I will be able to work towards a better and brighter future for the residents.
