PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD for those that reside in UNION CITY! An innocent man that attended Green Oak Developmental Center passed away recently and we want justice to be served!! Unfortunately with the game on this past Sunday, this story did not get much media attention.

Pedestrian killed in Union City hit-and-run identified

UNION CITY -- A pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run accident Sunday morning has been identified as a 40-year-old Union City man, according to the Alameda County Coroner's Office.
Henry Rodriguez Jr., 40, was found dead around 6 a.m. Sunday after being hit by a car on Alvarado-Niles Road near Union Square Drive, according to the coroner's office and Union City police.
The driver left the scene before police arrived and has not been identified, according to police.
Anyone with information about the incident can contact Union City police at 510-471-1365.
