Sheriff Shaun Golden, Surrogate Maureen T. Raisch, and I are inviting all fourth grade students in the County to enter the ‘My County’ poster contest, 🖍️ sponsored by the Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey.

Since the majority of fourth graders study the State of New Jersey as part of their social studies curriculum, all fourth grade students are encouraged to create his or her own poster. The posters should showcase special and unique aspects of Monmouth County and how they relate to County Government.

Sheriff Golden, Surrogate Raisch, and I will select the winning posters from the entries and the top three poster winners will receive prizes. Nine posters will receive honorable mention and each of the twelve posters will be on display at the Monmouth County Clerk's Office.

Please mail or deliver posters to the Monmouth County Sheriff's Office no later than Monday, May 2, 2022.

CLAIM V. TRUTH:

CLAIM: Our opponents claim that they can get the Army Corp Flood Protection Project more quickly

TRUTH: The Army Corp Flood Protection Project will cost approximately $202 million dollars. Between the Federal & State Governments, THEY WILL PAY $183 million of that cost.

Unless our opponents can find $202 million dollars, the project will start when Washington & Trenton say's it will.

And they, Feds and State are saying the second half of 2016.

We just completed another day of walking door-to-door and greeting residents! We have been doing this for close to six weeks now and the response has been fantastic!!!
