Dog Licenses for 2026-2027

It’s time to renew! All dogs residing within the city of Ulen must be registered and licensed in accordance with city ordinance. Register at Ulen City Hall during office hours Monday through Thursday. For alternative arrangements, call 218.596.8849 or email [email protected].

- The licensing period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
- Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required at the time of registration.
- A maximum of two (2) dogs permitted per residential property.
- The cost for a license is $10.00 for the first dog and $25.00 for a second dog.

Next week is Severe Weather Awareness Week, and Clay County is getting ready. Minnesota will conduct two statewide tornado drills on Thursday, April 16:
• 1:45 PM: Practice at work or school.
• 6:45 PM: Practice with your family at home.
📢 Note: All Clay County communities with sirens will participate. If you hear them at these times, don’t panic—it’s just a drill!
Use this time to find your "safe spot" and check your emergency kits. Let’s stay prepared, Clay County! ✅
