Last night, Ivani Torres from PSBA, attended the TASD Board meeting to recognize three Board members who have achieved status in the PSBA Honor Roll of School Board Service. The Pennsylvania School Boards Association (PSBA) has been recognizing the contributions of dedicated, long-term local school directors since 1983. The Honor Roll is the association’s way of thanking individuals who exemplify leadership by giving unselfishly of their time and talents for the betterment of public schools and students across the commonwealth. Honor Roll status is recognized at 5 years of service and then in subsequent 5 year increments.

TASD School Board members achieving PSBA Honor Roll status this year include: Kris Laird (5 years); Gunter Volders (5 years); Brian Bressler (30 years). Mr. Volders was absent from the meeting due to travel and will be presented his certificate in October.

For Friday’s game at Westmont, please see their spectator policies below:

Bag Policy - Spectators are prohibited from bringing bags/purses/backpacks into Price Field during all public athletic events. Medical and Diaper bags are permitted but may be subject to inspection.

Ball Policy - Footballs, Soccer Balls, and any other type sporting balls are prohibited at Price Field during all public athletic events.

Event Photography - Event Media and Photographers should check in with the Athletic Director to obtain a Field Pass.

Pre-sale tickets for this Friday nights home football game against Bellefonte are now on sale in the Athletic office. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. All tickets at the gate will be $5. Tickets will also available tonight at Meet the Teacher.
