Our Resilience Training Assistant (RTA) Course continues to equip leaders with practical skills that strengthen individuals and teams. This quarter, the 325th Integrated Resilience Office proudly recognized 16 graduates (15 enlisted and 1 officer) during our first formal graduation ceremony.

This milestone reflects the dedication of our Master Resilience Trainers. A special thank you to Shannon Scott, Prevention Coordinator and Resilience Program Manager whose passion helped bring this program to life, along with the three additional MRTs who helped facilitate the course. Your commitment to developing resilient Airmen is making a lasting impact across the wing.

We were also honored to have CMSgt Dunning join us as our guest speaker, sharing words of encouragement and perspective with our newest RTAs.

We also extend our appreciation to Gulf Coast State College for providing a classroom space, and to the commanders, supervisors, friends, and family members who supported these Airmen along the way.

Last week, we had the privilege of hosting our Resilience Training Assistant (RTA) Course 🇺🇸✨

Students strengthened essential skills in:

These Airmen walked away equipped with practical tools to build stronger teams, foster meaningful connection, and enhance mission readiness every day 💪🏽.

A heartfelt thank you to our exceptional Master Resilience Trainers (MRTs) 👏🏽. Your leadership, passion, and commitment to developing resilient Airmen leave a lasting impact across our installation.

As we move forward, let’s not forget our why ❤️. Resilience is mission essential. The skills gained, the conversations shared, and the connections built will continue shaping a stronger, more prepared force.

🎓 Graduation will be held tomorrow at 0900 at the DEX Auditorium.
